4-21-12 – Charters Brothers recently completed a fit-out for Tutti Frutti, a worldwide specialty frozen yogurt retailer. Their newest location at the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH was completed in just over four weeks. Opening day was a total success with over 2,000 yogurts sold in the first four hours!
4-6-12 Charters Brothers has been selected by Karl’s Sausage Kitchen & European Market to construct their new 7,000 sf facility in Peabody, MA. Since 1958, Karl’s has been producing European style sausages, cold cuts and other fine meats and is well known in the New England area.
4-2-12 Charters Brothers has been selected by Great Bay Community College to perform office renovations to their Portsmouth, NH campus. The work is scheduled to begin immediately.
1-27-12 Charters Brothers has been selected to construct the K Pharmacy in downtown Lowell, MA. Construction of the 2700 sf pharmacy is scheduled to begin immediately with Paul L. Davies & Associates, Architects handling the design services.
Lowell, MA – Charters Brothers, working with Enterprise Bank and Trust has completed a historic renovation to Old City Hall. Built in 1830 the building is a nationally registered structure situated in the Lowell Historic National Park and serves as the headquarters for Enterprise Bank.
